What is the difference between Windows Live Writer (LWER) and Wavebox? LWER allows you to type on the screen, view a document in Word (.Doc) format, view a Word document in Excel (.Tex) format, draw diagrams in InDesign (.DXF), and export a PDF document in JPEG. With Windows Live Writer, you cannot open documents in other applications such as Microsoft Office or Publisher. Wavebox, on the other hand, can open documents from MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and many other applications. In other words, Wavebox is a cross between Windows Live Writer and Windows Movie Maker. When I installed Wavebox, it installed fine. However, it did not come with any application bundle (the file containing the software), nor an installation file. Instead, it came along with a file called Windows installer. You could not uninstall Wavebox from your machine without removing the Windows installer file. So, how do I install this wonderful application? The instructions to install wavebox are actually very simple. All you have to do is to download the application from the Microsoft website, sign in to the Windows server, navigate to C:/program files/wavebox, select install, and then click OK. After you have completed installing the software, you will notice that the application loads up, but there is no application bundle with it. To get the software, you will have to download the Windows installer through the link at the bottom of this article. Once downloaded, launch the application, choose setup, then select default apps and follow the onscreen instructions.
