Mercury Messenger
Mercury Messenger is an e-mail client that is very easy to use. With Mercury Messenger you won't be missing the normal buzzes, winks, files transfers, messages of many users, multiple e-mail accounts, avatar pictures of your friends and so on. It's also capable of opening Microsoft Word documents, PDF documents and many other kinds of documents as well. The application has a modern user interface with large buttons and small icons arranged in a clean layout. You can even open live chat sessions, create tabs for e-mails, add new contacts, synchronize calendars, etc. Mercury Messenger for Windows can be downloaded from the Windows Store. This is one of the few popular apps that is freely distributed over the internet. As far as I am concerned, you can call it a great app because of its great features that come along with it. For example, you can easily create an online backup for your documents in the event of a disk failure. You can also set up your own sync services to access your Mercury Messenger account from a different computer without having to connect to MSN. However, as a mobile device, Mercury Messenger does not support some important features that are useful for mobile use like Bluetooth, USB storage, Wifi and screen mirroring. Even though Mercury for Android is free, the inbuilt ads for Mercury for Windows do show up. For this reason, I suggest that you download the free version and then go for the paid version if you want to use all the features of the Mercury for Windows version. The software also integrates quite well with the Windows Live Store and offers you the ability to access your email and contacts from your Android device, desktop and many other Windows devices. If you have a USB memory stick and some free space on your device, then you can even install the Mercury Messenger for iPhone on it to make use of the built in images from the phone and convert them into PDF files.
